@Elychelle Gulen-Oracle I figured out that one saved search used in a custom KPI was not set to Public, so I could see it because I am the owner, but the sales team could not. All is working now. :)

Hi @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle. I was able to figure this out. The item was marked as Inactive so that was the problem. :)

I was able to find a work around. I pulled All Items and All Items with Price Level. Then compared the two to see what was missing.
